Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Snapscape ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Snapscape platform, available at Snapscape.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service. By using Snapscape, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.

When you use Snapscape, we collect photos you upload, designs you generate, client information you enter, and usage data such as features accessed and actions taken.

We automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Snapscape platform and its AI-powered landscape design features.

To process your subscription payments and send billing-related communications.

To send you product updates, feature announcements, and support messages. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

To analyze usage patterns and improve platform performance and user experience.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Snapscape, our users, or the public.

If Snapscape is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Your Photos and Client Data

Photos and design assets you upload remain your property. You grant Snapscape a limited licence to process and store them solely to provide the service.

Client information you enter (names, email addresses, project details) is used only to deliver the service to you and is not shared with other Snapscape customers.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any photos or data you submit, including obtaining any necessary permissions from third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, fraud prevention).

Uploaded photos and generated designs are retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following account closure.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@Snapscape.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the platform.

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect aggregated, anonymised usage data. You may opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

Snapscape is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to data portability.

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@Snapscape.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by posting a prominent notice on the platform.
